Propósito del puesto
Apoyar la ejecución táctica y el análisis del Revenue Management para maximizar ingresos y rentabilidad en los resorts, optimizando precio, disponibilidad e inventario por día, canal y segmento. Asegura la integridad de datos y provee insights accionables para decisiones comerciales (pricing, restricciones, promociones,etc.)
Responsabilidades clave
- Monitoreo diario (OTB/Pick-up): seguimiento de ocupación, ADR, RevPAR, mix de canales y segmentos vs presupuesto, LY y forecast.
- Pricing y restricciones: carga/mantenimiento de tarifas (BAR, paquetes, tarifas corporativas/negociadas), políticas de MLOS/CTA/CTD y sobreventa controlada según estrategia definida por el RM.
- Forecasting: elaboración y actualización de forecast por día/segmento/canal (semana y mes), con análisis de variaciones y recomendaciones.
- Rate Shopping & Competencia: análisis STR/Rate Shopper para detectar oportunidades de precio, paridad y posicionamiento competitivo (RGI/ARI/MPI).
- Paridad y disponibilidad: auditoría periódica de paridad/availability en OTAs y canal directo; gestión de incidencias con e‑commerce/CM.
- Promociones y paquetes resort: soporte en diseño y performance de paquetes,pupsell/cross‑sell y ventanas de venta.
- Grupos y MICE: apoyo en displacement analysis, factores de wash y recomendaciones de tarifas/restricciones para cerrar negocios rentables.
- Canales y metas de distribución: seguimiento de cuota por canal, costos de distribución y acciones para incrementar venta directa.
- Data quality: limpieza y mapeo de segmentos, room types, market codes y rate codes en PMS/CRS/RMS; alertas de data gaps.
- Reportería ejecutiva: armado de paquetes para la Weekly Revenue Meeting, tableros y resúmenes ejecutivos para Dirección.
- Calendario de eventos y demanda: mantenimiento de eventos/fechas pico, estacionalidad y patrones de booking window por mercado.
- Cumplimiento de estándares de marca y políticas internas (nomenclaturas, aprobaciones, niveles de descuento, etc.).
Requisitos del puesto
- Académicos: Licenciatura en Turismo, Administración, Economía, Ingeniería, Actuaría o afín.
- Experiencia: 1–3 años en Revenue Management, Análisis Comercial o funciones afines en hotelería; deseable experiencia en resorts.
- Idiomas: Español avanzado; inglés intermedio‑avanzado (lectura y reportes técnicos).
Conocimientos y herramientas
- PMS/CRS/RMS Opera/Oracle, SynXis, IDeaS, Duetto o similar
- Rate Shopper & Benchmarking (OTA Insight/Rate360, STR).
- Channel Manager (SiteMinder/TravelClick u otro).
- Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, Power Query deseable) y Power BI/Looker Studio para visualización.
- Dominio de métricas hoteleras: ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, GOPPAR (nociones), pick‑up, booking window, estacionalidad.
