Nos équipes ont à cœur d’accueillir avec élégance notre clientèle dans nos 124 chambres et suites, 5 salles de réunions, et à notre restaurant Les Cocottes ou au Bar Le Sorsi, lieu de rendez-vous incontournable du voisinage.
Nous recherchons notre futur(e) stagiaire en Ressources Humaines.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Sur le pôle administration du personnel :
- Gestion administrative : Tri du courrier, Rédaction des contrats de travail et avenants, de courriers et attestations ;
- Accueil des nouveaux embauchés et préparation du dossier d’entrée et des formalités d’embauche (recueil des documents personnels, DPAE, création de badge, etc.) ;
- Suivi des plannings ;
- Vérification des titres de séjour ;
- Suivi du process de départ ;
- Gestion des vestiaires ;
- Suivi des visites médicales.
Sur le pôle recrutement/formation :
- Diffusion des offres d’emploi sur les sites dédiés, pré sélection des candidats et préqualification téléphonique, réponse aux candidatures reçues ;
- Participation à l’organisation des formations et évènements internes ;
- Communication interne ;
- Suivi des dossiers alternants, transmission à l’AKTO;
- Relations école et visites d'école.
- Actuellement en BAC +3/4 (université ou école de commerce/hôtelière) spécialisation RH, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités relationnelles, votre rigueur, votre organisation et votre souci du respect de la confidentialité.
- Vous avez une excellente expression orale et écrite.
- Vous maitrisez le Pack office, Canva
- Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais
- Indemnité nourriture mensuelle en fonction de la législation en vigueur
- Remboursement du Titre de transport à hauteur de 100%
