Restaurant Manager - Omakase

•Reports directly to Director of Food & Beverage
•Manage Restaurant operations
•Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
•Ensure all necessary arrangement and preparation are made for normal and special events;
•Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team.
•Monitors and directs service flow in the restaurant. 
•Welcomes and seats guests and presents menu with suggestions to specials.
•Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and always respects the HACCP regulations.
•Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll.
•Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
•Establishes side duties schedule and follow up with each employee to ensure duties are carried out.
•Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Presentable, well groomed with Friendly, positive, energetic disposition.
•Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
•Good personal hygiene & Physical staying power.

•High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
•Experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 star restaurants/hotels is a plus.
•Good command both Thai & English communication skills.
•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
•Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications or relevant computer applications required.
