The FP&A analyst, reporting to the FP&A manager, is contributing to the financial closings, projections and analysis of Orient Express, with the objective of improving accuracy of forecasts and reporting, increasing transparency throughout the organization, preparing and providing relevant financial information to the different stakeholders (management, operational teams…), in order to support the management and development of the Brand.

This dynamic and highly motivated individual will also directly support the FP&A Manager of Orient Express.

Your main responsabilities will be: 

• Analyzes & controls monthly / quarterly / yearly financial performance of the Orient Express brand (actuals vs budget/forecast).
• Contribute to Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Planning processes for Orient Express
• Liaises with Accor & LVMH Group FP&A and Consolidation teams on reporting / performance analysis matters
• Prepares financial information and financial presentations for Orient Express management
• Ensure procurement tools user administration
• Financial tools user (OneStream, Coupa, etc.
• First level of support to managed & franchised asset Director of Finance on reporting matters in OneStream Hotels.

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and educational background: 

• Approx. 2-4 years of Finance / FP&A or Controlling experience
• Bachelor / Master degree in Finance / MBA
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred 
• Fluency in English & French
• Problem solving
• Business acumen
• Communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel
• Financial & reporting tool knowledge
• Effective organizational
• Team spirit
