Job Description

We are looking for a passionate talent with former Finance / Controlling experience who will oversee and drive from Finance / Controlling point of view the successful opening of Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně Resort hotel;  a newly constructed  5-star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites. The amazing new built hotel is set to open  mid 2025, operated under Swissôtel brand via Hotel Management Agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the Finance , Accounting, Purchasing and IT of the hotel
  • Oversee the preparation of the hotel’s annual operating budget and monthly forecasting
  • Ensure that all records and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the transactions and administration of the assets of the hotel
  • Devise and maintain a system of internal accounting control sufficient to ensure that transactions are executed in accordance with Management’s general and specific authorization and in compliance with USALI, other generally accepted accounting principles and specific country legislation
  • Review and certify any hotel internal or external financial reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in an internationally branded premium or luxury hotel is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English language.
  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related certificate programs.
  • Knowledge of USALI standards.
