Job Description

  • Greet guests with a friendly and energetic demeanor, creating a memorable first impression and seamless arrival experience at our 5-star hotel
  • Provide guests with essential information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to help them make the most of their stay
  • Assist with baggage services, ensuring guests' belongings are handled with care and delivered promptly to their rooms
  • Extend exceptional care to VIP and elite guests, attending to their specific needs and preferences with professionalism and discretion
  • Engage in genuine conversations with guests, listening to their stories and creating peak moments through human connection
  • Share the cultural significance and the story of Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport

Qualifications

You will be:

  • A people person who excels at initiating conversations and making others feel a sense of belonging
  • Able to fluently and confidently interact with guests from diverse backgrounds, including those who speak different languages
  • Preferably experienced in a Receptionist/Guest Service Agent role or Front Office within the hospitality/hotel industry, though this is not essential
  • Embodying our 5-star hospitality from the first greeting, creating unforgettable moments, and leaving a lasting impression
  • Highlighting the unique story of Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport and promoting the benefits of loyalty to our guests
  • Demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to upholding the hotel’s high standards
