Job Description

The Talent Experience and Digitalization team is dedicated to design the Employee Experience, while driving innovation and digital transformation within our organization.
We focus on enhancing the employee experience and ensuring compliance with new regulations, leveraging digital tools and strategies to achieve our goals.
Our role involves supporting regional teams in these missions, as we do not interact directly with employees in the hotels.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and data-oriented intern to join our team and support the coordination and deployment of a new tool required by the European ESG regulation (CSRD).
This role will involve significant communication with our global counterparts and report directly to the Director of Strategic Projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate the development and deployment of the new CSRD compliance tool (HR DATA)  with the Director of Strategic Projects.
  • Facilitate communication with global stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Provide administrative support for project meetings, including capturing decisions and actions.
  • Support the preparation and timely distribution of meeting materials.
  • Coordinate the transition from project mode to run mode within internal teams.
  • Integrate feedback and learnings from run mode back into project mode for continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis & KPIs tracking.
  • Compile data to enrich the CSRD, ensuring all necessary information is collected and organized effectively.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master’s program in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in business administration, project management, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in remote teams.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Education:

  • Master’s degree (minimum Bac +4) ideally in project management.

Interest In:

  • Digital, data analysis, change management, ESG issues, hospitality.

Languages:

  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
