Company Description

Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick  Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, spacious event spaces. Wellness will also be an integral part of the resort experience, with a vast wellness and recreation village that will feature a gym, a spa, and Kid Club.


Job Description

- Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment

- Keeps updated with new hire arrival dates and prepare all things needed for new hire (meal cards, locker, etc)

- Maintains up to date personal records for all employees

- Maintains updates all leave records of employees to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared

- Ensures that locker rooms and other facilities are in proper order and making regular inspections

- Maintains and updates staff records (such as annual leave, extra off, public holiday), legal documents (personal file such as copy of KTP, NPWP, etc), policies and procedures and other personnel matters

- Keeps track of employees’ birthdays and give proposals to celebrate them on a monthly basis

- Arrange and actively participates in the organization of all staff activities (staff birthday party, sports, etc)

- Ensure the update data of Daily Worker (contract, resume, attendance record) and prepare the Daily Worker payment if necessary


Qualifications

- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles

- Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team

- Good organization skills, ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality

- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language

- Proficient in MS Office
