As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will play a pivotal role in driving Accor’s recruitment strategy across the Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio. With a focus on employer branding, social media, and internal mobility, you will ensure that Accor attracts and retains top talent. Through innovative campaigns and strong stakeholder collaboration, you will enhance the visibility of our career opportunities, fostering growth and supporting Accor’s values and culture.
Reporting Structure & Location
This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition for MEA APAC, with a dotted line to the Executive Director of Talent and Culture, Accor Apartments & Realty.
This role is open to candidates located anywhere in Australia, with a flexible working arrangement that includes working from the office or hotel locations, with occasional work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture current relationships with external employment and school partners to support recruitment efforts
- Work with Regional Managers to develop bespoke and engaging job advertisements that stand out and attract top talent
- Assist in managing Accor Pacific's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts by sourcing, creating, and sharing compelling employer branding content that highlights our values, culture, and team members
- Develop and manage tailored recruitment campaigns for specific regions, promoting career growth opportunities and encouraging internal mobility
- Source and coordinate Accor representatives to attend career events across Australia and New Zealand, and participate in local events as required
- Share candidates directly from key partners with Regional Talent & Culture and Recruiting Managers, providing informed recommendations to ensure the best talent is selected
- Promote job opportunities widely to ensure they reach the right candidates, increasing the volume and quality of applications
- Ensure all external communications align with Accor’s Global Employee Value Proposition (EVP), maintaining a consistent and attractive brand message
- Assist with the management of the Seek budget for the business unit, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources for job advertising
- Be the expert on the Dayforce Recruiting Platform, managing its use, training teams on best practices, and streamlining recruitment processes for efficiency
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and employer branding, with a track record of successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and effective talent attraction strategies to engage potential candidates
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster and maintain strong community and business partnerships
- Previous experience with ATS (especially Dayforce) and administration, with the ability to streamline processes and drive efficiency
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively
