Together with our General Manager and Operations Manager, the People & Culture Manager is responsible for bringing the best staff on board and making sure that the team has everything it needs. Working in direct contact with staff, you’ll not only make sure that their salary appears in their account in good time, but also that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our team as People & Culture Manager (m/f/d).


Job Description

  • You’ll be independently responsible for holistic staff support of all your colleagues, including implementing projects to optimise the HR strategy and HR action plan – because we’ve got a lot of work ahead of us
  • You’ll be involved in hotel budgeting, and you’ll support departmental managers when they’re assembling their teams
  • Also on your daily “to do” list will be administrating all staff documents and cooperating with the external payroll accounting service
  • You’ll be on hand for all your staff as both host and manager, and you’ll also be happy to train even the newcomers in the team
  • You’ll recognise talent and, together with the General Manager, you’ll promote it

Qualifications

  • You’ve had several years of professional experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility, and speak English fluently
  • You’ll bring to the job assertiveness, consistency and team spirit, so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
  • You can inspire colleagues and support their development
  • You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
  • You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
