Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founder of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a director on a daily basis!

YOUR MISSION?

You’re Mama’s favorite person when it comes to People & Culture!

As the key link between the General Manager and the central People & Culture team, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of our people operations.

You’ll be the People & Culture ambassador for a team of around 80 talents, creating the warm, fun, slightly crazy and friendly atmosphere Mama is known for.

Our teams should always feel they are in good hands with you. You’ll make sure every team member experiences the true Mama experience, while creating a positive, inspiring workplace where everyone can grow and thrive.

You will recruit new talent, ensure a warm and memorable onboarding experience, and support our Heads of Department both in their leadership responsibilities and in their day-to-day operations.

You have at least 5 years of professional Human Resources / People & Culture experience in Mexico.
