En Continuum Hotel Services, operador multimarca con 13 hoteles en gestión y socio acreditado de Accor entre otras cadenas internacionales de ámbito global, buscamos recepcionistas polivalentes apasionados por la hospitalidad para el Nuevo Ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas

Tus funciones principales serán:
• Ayudar a acoger y atender a los clientes en recepción (check-in / check-out).
• Gestión de reservas, facturación y cobros.
• Atender llamadas, correos y consultas con una actitud amable y resolutiva.
• Colaborar con el resto de departamentos, incluyendo F&B, para garantizar una experiencia excelente al cliente.
• Seguir los estándares de calidad y procedimientos de Accor.

Requisitos:
• Se valorará experiencia previa en recepción hotelera (valorable experiencia en hoteles de cadena), aunque no es un requisito fundamental si la actitud es la adecuada.
• Nivel profesional de inglés (valorable segundo idioma).
• Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas de gestión hotelera (valorable Opera o FOLS).
• Buena actitud, orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en turnos rotativos.
