You will join the Data Platform Tribe, responsible for the Group's Data technology foundation, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable access to data and analytics services at a global scale.

Within the OPEN Feature Team, you will contribute to the transformation of Accor's Analytics ecosystem and the evolution of its self-service analytics offering. The team's mission is to provide, administer, and continuously improve data access solutions, enhance the user experience, and support Business Analysts in maximizing the value of their tools.

This position plays a key Product & Solutions Leadership role, combining ownership of the OPEN product strategy, management of the Feature Team's Product Owners, and a strong contribution to aligning product vision, business needs, and technology capabilities.

Your mission:

Your responsibilities will be structured around five key areas:

1. Product Strategy

• Own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for self-service analytics, data access, and data democratization solutions.
• Identify user needs, lead product discovery activities, and ensure initiatives are aligned with business priorities and the Data strategy.

2. People Management & Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the team's Product Owners, supporting their growth and professional development.
• Ensure clear product ownership across priority initiatives and contribute to recruiting talent for the Feature Team.
• Manage relationships with technical counterparts from third-party solution providers.

3. Product Delivery

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Analytics products and services, including the new data democratization solution that will replace the current portal and serve all data personas.
• Ensure functional and technical consistency across the ecosystem in collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Drive service quality, user adoption, and value creation.

4. AI & Automation

• Define the product strategy, use cases, and roadmap for AI and automation solutions supporting Data users (Augmented Data Platform, support agents, onboarding/offboarding agents, self-service request orchestration, etc.).
• Measure their impact and contribute to the evolution of platform services and operating practices.

5. Data Adoption

• Develop onboarding, training, and enablement programs for internal Data teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and shape new requirements, promote Data best practices, and strengthen the Group's data-driven culture.

And you? 

• Proven experience in Product Management or Product Leadership within a Data & Analytics environment, with the ability to define a product vision, lead user discovery, and prioritize a backlog based on business value.
• Strong product and technical leadership experience, including the operational management of consultants or project teams, leadership of Product Owners and/or product teams, while remaining a hands-on contributor capable of assessing technical feasibility.

Technical Skills

• Ability to define a product vision (user research, PRDs, OKRs, RICE), lead discovery activities (user interviews, Jobs-to-Be-Done, value metrics definition), build strategic roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
• Strong understanding of modern Data & Analytics platforms, including self-service analytics environments, data governance, and large-scale analytics architectures.
• Experience with Modern Data Stack technologies (ideally Snowflake), Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Dataiku), orchestration solutions, and data transformation practices.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and AI agent use cases applied to Data & Analytics challenges.

• Strong ability to collaborate within cross-functional environments, combined with a service-oriented mindset, a continuous improvement approach, and a strong focus on value creation.
• Ability to provide strong product leadership, articulate a strategic vision, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing talent within Product teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage both technical and business audiences
