Buscamos um(a) Analista Sênior de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento para integrar a equipe de Pessoas & Cultura do Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana.
Esta posição será responsável por planejar, desenvolver, implementar e acompanhar programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento alinhados aos mais elevados padrões da hotelaria de luxo, fortalecendo a cultura de excelência em serviço, o engajamento dos colaboradores e a entrega consistente de experiências memoráveis aos hóspedes.
Além disso, atuará como parceiro estratégico na disseminação da cultura organizacional, assegurando a conformidade com os padrões da marca, requisitos de auditorias de qualidade e metas de desempenho do hotel, contribuindo diretamente para o desenvolvimento de talentos e para os resultados do negócio.
Principais Responsabilidades
• Graduação completa em Turismo, Hotelaria, Administração ou similares;
• Elaborar e executar o Plano Anual de Treinamento do hotel;
• Realizar o Levantamento de Necessidades de Treinamento (LNT) junto às lideranças e áreas operacionais;
• Ministrar treinamentos comportamentais, cultura de serviço e onboarding;
• Coordenar o programa de integração de novos colaboradores, assegurando a imersão na cultura da marca;
• Disseminar os padrões de atendimento da marca e os pilares de hospitalidade de luxo;
• Desenvolver programas voltados para excelência em serviço, personalização e antecipação das necessidades dos hóspedes;
• Apoiar as áreas operacionais na implementação de boas práticas de atendimento;
• Atuar como multiplicador da cultura organizacional e dos valores da empresa;
• Garantir a capacitação dos colaboradores para atendimento aos padrões Forbes, LQA, Fairmont, Accor e demais auditorias de qualidade;
• Desenvolver treinamentos corretivos e preventivos para melhoria contínua dos indicadores de qualidade;
• Acompanhar indicadores de treinamento, participação, aderência e eficácia;
• Medir o impacto dos treinamentos nos indicadores operacionais e de experiência do hóspede;
• Desenvolver campanhas internas de treinamento e reconhecimento;
• Promover ações de engajamento alinhadas à cultura da empresa;
• Atuar em parceria com as áreas operacionais para fortalecer a aprendizagem contínua.
- Experiência na área de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento em grandes empresas;
- Vivência em hotelaria de luxo ou segmento de hospitalidade de alto padrão;
- Experiência com programas de cultura de serviço, experiência do cliente e desenvolvimento de lideranças;
- Conhecimento em auditorias de qualidade e padrões de luxo como Forbes, LQA ou SLH;
- Habilidade com metodologias de treinamento presencial e digital;
- Técnicas de facilitação e apresentação;
- Inglês avançado; Francês será positivo.
