Job Description

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Residences Night Concierge Assistant to join the Residences Department at Raffles London at the OWO.

Reporting into Residences Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the overnight running of the residential concierge services at The OWO Residences by Raffles.

Working with the Residences Concierge and Residents Relations Manager overseeing all aspects of the resident arrival/departure and the residents’ journey. The role involves the ability to pre-empt and deliver a luxurious and high-quality level of service to residences whilst managing delivery and service targets.

You will work in close contact with Security, F&B, Housekeeping and Spa departments to ensure a smooth and consistent service, surpassing the residents’ expectations.

 

Specifically, as the Residences Night Concierge Assistant your responsibility’s will include:

  • Providing a high level of care for the resident experience during arrival/departure and when in the lobby areas.
  • Working closely with all members of the resident concierge team and wider department.
  • Communication with staff, residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Building and developing good relationships including problem solving and complaint handling.
  • Managing time sensitive targets.
  • Working closely with other departments across the Hotel.
  • Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned including working in a different department or restaurant, than usually assigned.
  • Assisting the valet parking team from time to time.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Recent experience within in luxury residential environments or 5-star hotels or a similar role.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • To be detail oriented.
