- Planejar, administrar e coordenar as atividades da área, definindo diretrizes, rotinas de trabalho e técnicas de abordagem de clientes/hóspedes, orientando equipe, priorizando/distribuindo tarefas e solucionando os problemas operacionais pertinentes.
- Coordenar a ocupação do hotel, de acordo com a disponibilidade, e orientar o Supervisor de Reservas ou Assistente de Reservas, Recepção e Governança.
- Conhecer os principais clientes/hóspedes do hotel, garantindo o atendimento de suas necessidades.
- Conduzir os projetos corporativos sob responsabilidade da Recepção e Reservas.
- Mediar conflitos e intervir em situações críticas/atípicas, junto aos clientes/hóspedes.
- Manter contato com os demais setores, para solução de assuntos diversos relacionados à área.
- Garantir o suprimento de materiais e equipamentos para execução dos serviços.
- Garantir o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas no contrato de gestão.
- Garantir a execução dos processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área.
- Coordenar equipe sob sua responsabilidade, selecionando, treinando, avaliando o desempenho e estimulando o nível de motivação dos colaboradores.
- Fazer a gestão do quadro de colaboradores, admitir, demitir, elaborar escalas de trabalho, revezamento, férias e demais atribuições de gestão de pessoas, dimensionar equipes, assim como definir padrões de tempo e qualidade de serviços, dos colaboradores sobre sua gestão
Superior em Curso em Turismo, Hotelaria ou compatível. Inglês Intermediário.
Prévia experiência em liderança será um diferencial
Minimo de 1 ano na Accor
Experiência com sistema operacional Opera e canais de Distribuição
Fortes habilidades interpessoais e de resolução de problemas e a capacidade para liderar pelo exemplo
