Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Gaming Supervisor to join our team at TC’s Bar & Gaming Lounge. The Gaming Supervisor will oversee the lively sports bar at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, which provides guests with a full service bar, superb dining menu, all the sporting action and entertainment for gaming enthusiasts.

Your Opportunity:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and gaming area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and company policies.
  • Train and support team members to uphold high standards of performance and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of gaming transactions, payouts, and machine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the gaming experience and drive revenue growth.


Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a gaming or hospitality environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patrons and staff.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
