• You´re Pro when working with management to develop strategies and activities for F&B outlets, communicating with influencers, community events and other services
• Reporting, forecasting, profit improvement, pricing
• Cost control; overseeing product ordering, inventory and repairs

• Out of box thinking
• Previous experience in a large hotel or restaurant
• Ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests and balance them with the business needs of the company
• ..but at the same time, you can carry three plates at once if needed 💪
• Excellent communication skills
• You can't do without fluent English and Czech languages
• EU CITIZENS ONLY!
