Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie is a dual branded hotel home to Acacia Bar & Restaurant and multiple conference spaces. Our hotel has a combined 247 contemporary guest rooms with our staff creating memorable moments for our guests.
As our next Chef De Partie, you will:
- Prepare and cook all food items in specific sections with a sense of urgency
- Monitor food preparation and wastage cost
- Multitask under pressure
- Manage your own work well
- Cleaning of your work section, temperature control and record-keeping
- Adhere to local regulations concerning Health & Safety.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Prior experience in a similar industry is preferable but not required
- Can deal with high volumes of orders
- Work well in a team & positive attitude
- Work autonomously and in a team
