Job Description

As an Assistant Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager reporting to Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase online visibility

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the resort's marketing goals. This includes choosing appropriate platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating content calendars, and setting measurable KPIs.
  2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content such as photos, videos, reel, blog posts, and stories showcasing the resort's amenities, services, events, and promotions. Highlight the unique experiences offered by the resort to entice potential guests.
  3. Paid Advertisement: Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase visibility, drive traffic to the resort's website, and boost bookings.
  4. SEO and Website Optimization: Optimize the resort's website for search engines (SEO) to improve its ranking and visibility. Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Manage and update Micro site for the resort.
  5. Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, local businesses, and travel-related partners to expand the resort's reach and attract new audiences.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, and campaign performance regularly. Provide detailed reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  7. Event Promotion: Promote special events, packages, and seasonal offers through digital channels. Create buzz and excitement around these offerings to drive bookings and increase attendance.
  8. CRM Management Utilize CRM tools to maintain a database of guest information, preferences, and interactions. Implement strategies to nurture relationships with past guests and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven & results oriented.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
