Conference and Events Attendant
Mantra Mooloolaba Beach has prime position on the busy Mooloolaba beachfront, less than 90 minutes north of Brisbane. Its roomy apartments and proximity to shops and cafes below, makes the Property a family favourite holiday destination. There is plenty to do in and around Mooloolaba and the Sunshine Coast on your days off; from surfing, abseiling and rock climbing, to exploring Australia Zoo, visiting the local markets, or simply relaxing on the beach.
Purpose:
As part of our Conferences & Events team, you’ll help bring memorable events to life by delivering high-quality, professional service with energy and passion. From set-up through to pack-down, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating seamless events, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable and professional service to guests, ensuring an exceptional event experience from arrival to departure
- Set up, operate and pack down conference and event spaces, supporting smooth and well-executed events
- Provide efficient food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and maintaining strong product and wine knowledge
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety across event spaces, equipment and stock
- Support the wider team with opening and closing duties, guest direction, maintenance reporting and collaboration to ensure seamless service
Skills and Experience
- Current RSA Certificate
