We are currently seeking a Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a strong engagement in HR practices, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of our hotel while working in a high-end environment.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent & Culture manager to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture initiatives and projects.

  • Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner
  • Create and update employee data records in the system
  • Create personal files and assist with general filing
  • Prepare various letters and communication to employees
  • Prepare monthly employee newsletter
  • Organise and execute employees’ social, learning & development, and recreational activities
  • Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all employees
  • Assist colleagues will all HR-related queries and questions
  • Conduct and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
  • Manage resignation and clearance procedures
  • Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with and departments and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelors's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and HRIS
