• Provides administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, and billings and ensures compliance with hotel policies.

• Coordinates with third-party agencies and schools related to recruitment efforts in filling vacancies. 

• Observes the stock of office supplies, maintains the cleanliness of the department, and ensures that it is aligned with the hotel standards.

• Graduate of a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course is an asset.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

• Knowledgeable with applicant tracking system, and Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Canva.

• In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.​
