The Spa Therapist at Raffles & Fairmont Doha delivers a range of professional spa and wellness treatments to guests, ensuring a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. This role combines expert therapeutic skills with exceptional customer service to promote relaxation, health, and well-being in line with the high standards of the Raffles & Fairmont brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy), facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other wellness therapies.
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained following strict hygiene standards.
• Educate guests on post-treatment care, recommend spa products, and advise on wellness routines.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, maximizing guest satisfaction and spa utilization.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of treatments and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with the spa team to promote spa services and achieve departmental goals.
• Stay updated with current spa trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related fields from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hotel or resort spas.
• Proficiency in a range of massage and beauty therapy techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation with a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Physically able to perform treatments for extended periods.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
