We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer who is passionate about providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, proactive, and hold a valid Private Security License issued by Turkish authorities. • Must hold a valid Private Security License issued by Turkish authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Private Security Law in Türkiye
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Good observation and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to perform duties that may require standing or patrolling for extended periods
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset
• Good knowledge of emergency and evacuation procedures
• Ability to handle security systems such as CCTV, alarm, and access control equipment
• Well-presented, disciplined, and always professionally groomed
• Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Familiarity with hotel safety and security standards, including fire safety protocols
