The key responsibilities for the role (but not limited to) are: 

• Strong focus on MICE and Residential Events.
• Increase business from existing channels while creating new business development opportunities.
• Aid in the preparation of proposals and tenders to support the needs of the business.

Our ideal candidate will have the following (but not limited to) skills & experience: 

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to nurture existing relationships and attain new ones.
• Strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
