Reservations Agent

MGallery Nairobi Gigiri will feature 105 rooms and suites; four restaurants, including an all-day dining venue, a signature dining experience, a pool bar, and a rooftop restaurant and bar; meeting rooms and a business centre; and wellness facilities spanning a gym, pool and spa.

With a prime location on Gigiri’s Limuru Road, fairly close to Nairobi’s city centre and Village Market, it will attract UN and NGO delegates, consultants and contractors, as well as diplomats, leisure visitors and the local community.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.

• Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the PMS.

• Promote room types, packages, upgrades, and special offers to maximize revenue.

• Upsell and cross-sell services in line with revenue strategies.

• Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, facilities, and policies.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.

• Ensure a positive guest experience from first contact to confirmation.

• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.

• Any other duties as assigned

ALL about you:

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar 
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience with Groups is advantageous
• Service oriented with an eye for detail
• Confident & articulate communication, relationship & networking skills
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask 
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition & high level of energy
• Passion for hospitality
• Experience in the Hotel Industry
