What your workday looks like …

• You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and excel at building strong connections with our guests to make every event unforgettable.
• You handle group inquiries, events, and internal functions while maintaining close communication with all departments.
• You independently manage your daily schedule, sticking to agreements even with a packed calendar and a full email inbox.
• You keep a clear overview, even when every room in the house is booked, and all lines are buzzing.

Your personality matters more than your resume …

• Ideally, you already have professional experience in a similar role in events or reservations.
• With your positive attitude and hands-on mentality, you inspire our clients and ensure every event runs smoothly.
• You’re a doer—and you’re not afraid to admit when you’ve made a mistake.
• You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the table.
