As our Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a flawless welcome experience for hotel guests, leading the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the reception staff, ensuring an efficient and professional service.
Ensure a warm welcome and farewell for all guests, effectively handling any requests to maximize their satisfaction.
Monitor the check-in and check-out process to ensure it runs smoothly and without issues.

You should have a technical or professional degree in Hospitality and Tourism or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in the luxury hotel sector and at least 4 years in a similar role, with proficiency in the Opera system.Advanced conversational English is a mandatory requirement, and a third language is desirable.
