Multi-Hotel Associate Director of Sales

The Fragrance Group has a perfect opportunity for an experienced full-time Multi-Hotel Associate Director of Sales (based in Hobart) to join our amazing team.  The Portfolio consists of the Mövenpick Hotel Hobart | Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer | ibis Styles Hobart | Novotel Devonport.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial, the primary focus of this role is on the Tasmanian market and is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and expand their knowledge in a multi-hotel environment. 

ALL about the role:

• Plan, develop and implement sales strategies and client relationships​

• Upholding the portfolio brand standards, maximizing profitability, meeting targets and exceeding clients' needs​

• Work collaboratively with the entire Sales & Marketing team to achieve overall business objectives.​

• Understand competitor strengths and ongoing sales activities​

• Liaise with the Accor National Sales team to ensure access to key accounts and maximize any sales opportunities.​

• Guide and lead other team members to succeed in setting goals

ALL about you:

• Results-driven and experienced in setting and meeting sales KPIs with a motivated personality.​

• Demonstrated proactive sales experience in a hotel or related tourism industry.​

• Understands different market segments and is experienced in leisure, wholesale, inbound, groups and/or MICE sales preferred. ​

• Strong organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills​

• Understanding of digital marketing for the hotel industry and ability to take an occasional projects in this area
