• Supports the maintenance of company laptops, networks, and other IT systems.
• Troubleshoots basic technical issues.
• Assists hotel users with IT-related concerns and requests.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
