We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality, food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, a valid HACCP certification, and at least 2 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance within an international luxury hotel environment. Additional certifications such as ISO 22000 are considered a strong advantage. Success in this role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, proven experience in food safety audits and compliance management, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, fluency in English, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety while working effectively within a diverse and dynamic hotel environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering is mandatory. A Master's Degree or additional qualifications in Food Safety, Quality Assurance or Hospitality Management will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hygiene, Food Safety or Quality Assurance within an international luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Professional certification in HACCP is mandatory; ISO 22000 Lead Auditor or equivalent food safety certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, hygiene management systems and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing internal and external audits and food safety inspections.
• Experience in supplier audits, microbiological monitoring, food safety risk assessments and corrective action management.
• Strong analytical, project management and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
