Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the common area
• Preparing rooms for new arriving employees
• Assisting new joiners with their assigned room
• Attending the queries of the staff in terms of accommodation maintenance
• To attend training courses given by Housing and Human Resources
• To comply with any reasonable request by the Supervisor and Hotel Management

• Minimum 1-year experience in a hotel housekeeping environment
• High school diploma preferred, or equivalent
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guest
• Must be able to perform assigned duties cooperativeness and work well with limited supervision
