• Pay Rate Range: $27.57-$34.47 USD per hour

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies promptly to guest rooms and housekeeping staff during the evening shift.
• Respond quickly to ALICE/radio requests and ensure all guest and team needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Restock housekeeping closets and carts to support room attendants and house attendants.
• Collect soiled linen and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas.
• Maintain service hallways, storage rooms, and closets in clean, organized condition.
• Assist with evening turndown or special guest requests when required.
• Perform sanitation of all guestroom glassware and china.
• Maintain the gym, gym lockers, and gym restrooms clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues, guest concerns, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.
• Uphold all hotel grooming, safety, and service standards.

• Previous Housekeeping experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the hotel for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment, linens, supplies, and furniture weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without assistance.
• Ability to push and pull fully loaded housekeeping carts and linen trolleys.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch, reach above shoulder level, and twist repeatedly while performing cleaning duties.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, making beds, and restocking supplies.
• Ability to climb stairs and navigate guest rooms, service corridors, storage areas, fitness facilities, and other hotel spaces.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, storage rooms, and outdoor spaces as needed.
