We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations in Movinpick Al Khober Saudi Arabia. As the captain of our organization, you will drive operational excellence, foster a dynamic team culture, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
• Oversee all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, optimizing revenue streams, and delivering measurable business results
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, partners, and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships that support business objectives
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement
• Champion a customer-centric culture by establishing systems and practices that consistently exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies in response to changing business conditions

• Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and managing organizational change
