ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead the overall Cost Control function by ensuring effective inventory management, accurate cost reporting, and compliance with company policies and financial standards.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis of food, beverage, and operating expenses while supporting profitability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other operational departments to strengthen internal controls and support informed business decisions.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Strong expertise in food & beverage costing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal audit processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Ability to perform hands-on repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
