Rixos Properties is seeking a skilled AV Supervisor to oversee audio-visual operations for events and entertainment. The role involves technical setup, maintenance, and team coordination..

1. Key Responsibilities:

• AV Setup: Manage setup and operation of audio-visual equipment.

• Team Coordination: Lead AV team during events.

• Maintenance: Ensure equipment is maintained and functional.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues promptly.

• Reporting: Maintain inventory and usage logs..

1. Qualifications & Skills:

Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.

Skills:

• High School diploma or AV certification.

• Previous AV experience in hospitality or events.

• Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
