Job Description

  • Supervise daily cleaning operations in all public areas of the hotel and BDMS Connect Center Building
  • Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Inspect public areas regularly and follow up on corrective actions
  • Monitor use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to address cleanliness and maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping or public area experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required; basic English communication is an advantage
