Front Office Team Leader – Join Our Front Office Leadership Team!
Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We’re looking for a dedicated Front Office Team Leader to join our front office team. In this dynamic role, you’ll work a variety of shifts, including Receptionist, while regularly stepping up as Shift Leader.
In this role, you will:
Warmly welcome guests and provide ongoing support and leadership to the Reception team.
Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable manner that reflects our brand values.
Lead daily front desk operations, ensuring all team members understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.
Supervise and motivate the team to consistently meet service standards and create memorable guest experiences.
Respond promptly to guest concerns, taking ownership and following up with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
Communicate daily priorities to your team, helping personalize the service experience for every guest.

- Prior experience working with Opera is preferable
- Fluency in English
