Salary: £12.81/hour
Increase to: £13.45/hour by 1st April 2026.

Food & Beverage Team Member

Our mission at Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge is to create memorable moments for our guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell.

• Ensure breakfast area is tidy and food replenish at all times
• Serving drinks and taking food orders through the POS system.
• Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance ensure items are announced.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
• Any other reasonable request as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.

• Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
• Are a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English
• Have great communication and customer relationship skills
• Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
