Company Description

The Hoxton, Brussels is our first hotel in Belgium, occupying a brutalist-style tower building and the former European headquarters of IBM. It features 198 rooms of various sizes, a lofty double-height lobby, a bar, a coffee bar, a Peruvian-inspired restaurant - Cantina Valentina, a rooftop bar – TOPE - that offers stunning views across the city, and The Apartment, our unique meetings & events concept.


Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Support ad-hoc challenges of the hotel; in collaboration with GM.
  • Actively engage with HODs to support them where needed in challenges.
  • Assist GM directly with organisational jobs and processes such as reporting and SOPs.
  •  Proactively and independently work on tasks discussed with GM.
  • Contact third parties to inquire about FF&E and OS&E and place orders in collaboration with GM and others involved.
  • Link operational data with the hotel budget and suggest points of improvements
