What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you're the maestro of your kitchen realm!
Your mission: to ensure food prep and service reach heavenly heights of quality, delighting customers and boosting sales while staying true to company policies.
You'll be the guiding light for your team members, ensuring they dance to the kitchen's rhythm following hotel policies. Keep the pantry stocked, maintain equipment like a wizard, and be the guardian of kitchen orderliness and cleanliness.
We're looking for someone with 1- 2 years of hotel experience in a similar role, who thrives in the fast-paced kitchen symphony, and knows the power of teamwork.
