WHAT IS TAKE OFF?

Take Off! is a worldwide student competition organized by Accor.

Our competition enables students to work on one of the Group's global challenges.

For the last 13 years, Accor has been challenging students from every corner of the globe with various issues connected with the Group's activities, such as loyalty programs, F&B services, lifestyle brands, CSR, or talent shortage.

For the first time this year, we will operate different streams through our global challenge. Up to you to choose which challenge you want to tackle!

The topic of 2023 Take Off! was based on Innovation & Digital. 

The question we asked you was: What memorable digital & innovative experiences could Accor offer to its guests to develop and ensure their loyalty?

Over 386 students from 46 different nationalities in 160 schools worldwide have participated in this competition. A total of 107 completed projects are submitted from 32 countries.
