What you’ll be Doing:

 Reporting to the Director, Luxury Reservation Sales

  • Working with an experienced and collaborative Sales Leadership team
  • Develop your Luxury Reservation Sales Consultants team members’ sales skills to assist them in delivering world class results  
  • Provide direction, guidance and support for your team in delivering an effortless luxury guest experience and maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction for our brands all over the world  
  • Monitor statistics and create individualized coaching plans to achieve maximum service and productivity levels  
  • Coach team members in identifying strengths and weaknesses and developing a plan for continuous growth and improvements
  • Collaborate with our experienced Sales Leadership team to identify and coordinate training efforts to improve centre performance, operational procedures, and the sales and customer service abilities of team members 
  • Design and facilitate departmental communication meetings, focus groups and team building activities  
  • Complete administrative tasks including team performance records, sales statistics, attendance and coaching plans 
  • Participate actively as a member of the Leadership Team Operations Committee

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Leadership role in Contact Centre, Hotel, Sales or Customer Service required  
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.  Fluency in French is an asset but not required.
  • Coaching Approach: capability for focusing on development, motivation, and accountability to drive individual and team success.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for group settings, virtually and in person
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and balancing the needs of all stakeholders
  • Action oriented, highly organized, proven ability to get results, and to guide teams effectively
  • Promote trusting relationships, be open minded and embrace diversity 
  • Experienced and proficient in using Microsoft products including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Additional Information

Availability, Location and Internet: 

  • Must be currently legally entitled to work full time in Canada, and able to work in person at our Centre in Moncton
  • If choosing the hybrid option, must be able to work on-site a minimum of 3 days a week in-house, have a suitable home workspace and a high-speed, direct internet connection
  • Fully home based is not an option for this position
  • Occasional evenings/weekends are required
