•Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet is located in a prime location on Hon Gio street, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. The resort is located near the romantic beach, with a long stretch of fine white sand and emerald green sea water, bringing visitors beautiful natural scenery and fresh, cool atmosphere.


Job Description

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing the front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensure that guests receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns as needed, and resolving them to the satisfaction of the guest.

• Train, develop, and motivate the restaurant staff, setting performance goals, and providing regular feedback on their performance.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of all restaurant supplies, including food, beverages, and equipment.

• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to company standards.

• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other department heads to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant operation are aligned with the overall goals of the resort.

• Maintain proper staffing levels, scheduling staff as needed to ensure adequate coverage.

• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
