Step into the role of Restaurant & Bar Manager. Take the lead during the exhilarating pre-opening phase, where you will shape Allora’s presence in the Sydney landscape. With your wealth of knowledge and skill you will curate every aspect of Allora’s dining and bar experience, from forming the perfect team to crafting memorable moments for our guests.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble, train and lead a team of rock star front-of-house team members, setting the standard for service excellence
- Curate and oversee an extensive and diverse beverage program encompassing wines and cocktails, fostering memorable experiences and team proficiency through exceptional training
- Develop innovative strategies to boost revenue and drive profitability
- Keep a watchful eye on inventory levels, ensuring we are always well-stocked with the finest ingredients and beverages
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and collaboration, fostering a team that is as passionate as you are
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all
- Tackle guest inquiries and issues head-on, turning challenges into opportunities to shine
- Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and flawless execution
- Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and best practices, always seeking ways to elevate our offerings.
