Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. You will handle all reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels while ensuring excellent guest service and maximizing room sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage reservations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain full knowledge of hotel rates, rooms, and services
• Upsell rooms and convert inquiries into bookings
• Coordinate with Sales & Front Office teams
• Ensure all guest details and booking requirements are complete

• Previous hotel reservation experience
• Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Fidelio preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English & Arabic preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and attention to detail
