Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, and back-of-house operations to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
Evaluate guest service standards and identify areas for improvement by reviewing guest feedback, complaints, and service delivery processes.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and policies in line with brand and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments (housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to hotel staff on quality assurance practices, customer service, and operational standards.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on audit findings, including corrective action plans and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies for inspections and certifications.
Keep updated with industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor competitor hotels to benchmark service quality and implement innovative practices.
Assist management in setting quality objectives and strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, HACCP) are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the hospitality or hotel sector.
Experience with hotel operations, guest service standards, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
