We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Human Resources who is eager to develop their career and make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture. As part of our People & Culture department, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and induction processes, including documentation preparation, new starter setup (access credentials, equipment allocation), and orientation activities
- Prepare employment contracts, amendment letters, and other employment-related documentation with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Support probation review processes and maintain associated records with precision
- Coordinate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and final documentation
HR Administration & Compliance
- Establish and maintain accurate, organized employee records and HR systems in compliance with local labor regulations
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and employment standards
- Monitor employment documentation and right-to-work verification
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all HR matters with professionalism and discretion
- Support payroll coordination and related administrative functions
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Assist with internal communications initiatives including newsletters, team updates, and company announcements
- Support employee engagement programs, team events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Help foster an inclusive and supportive workplace environment through collaborative communication efforts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that enhance employee experience and organizational culture
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background or formal studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or employee engagement
- Familiarity with local Egyptian labor regulations and employment standards
- Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Knowledge of HR best practices and culture-building initiatives
- Experience with internal communications and employee engagement programs
