Night Auditor

Reporting to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager, you will:

• Support the Night Manager & Assistant Night Manager in the efficient operation of the Hotel
• Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift.
• Prepare reports reflecting trading results of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Take and prepare room service orders.
• Effectively handle guest complaints and escalate as required.
• Be available at all times for guest queries.
• Ensure the Hotel is operating efficiently and according to Hotel policy.
• Participate in workplace consultation on matters pertaining to WHS.

Our friendly and dynamic Front Office team are seeking a Casual Night Auditor to join them, with an immediate start available.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be adaptable to all tasks and enjoy a variety in your workload such as reception and concierge duties, financial reporting, room service, cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.
• Hold an RSA competency card, CPR and First Aid
• Hold an Australian Driver’s Licence, manual driving skills preferred (but not essential).
• Be able to work night shifts (11.00 pm – 07:30am) across a rotating roster including weekend work and public holidays.
• Be enthusiastic, with the willingness to connect with guests and to hear their story.
• Be well versed with the use of Excel and Opera
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Hold work rights in Australia
